Forging is the traditional manufacturing process that involves shaping metal through localized compressive forces from a hammer against an anvil or by utilizing a die. IAES provides three types of forging processes: cold forging, hot forging, and warm forging.
When a component requires superior strength, forging can make it robust than an equivalent cast or machined part. We can supply small batches and high volumes in various materials, including carbon/alloy steel, stainless steel, brass, and aluminum. Forgings conform to various international standards ASME, DIN, BS, JIS, ISO, etc.
